Our Hair Salon room is 9m2 in size and perfect for any independent hair stylist, fitted out with all the features you will need, including a hair basin and height adjustable salon stool, handwashing sink and plenty of storage.

Standard Salon Studio

Our Standard Salon Studios are 10m2 in size perfect for a single operator, built for all types of beauty and wellness professionals. Complete with premium furniture and medical grade finishes. All have independent room temperature control. Ample storage space with room to add retail displays. Personalise your studio to match your style.

Deluxe Salon Studio

Our Deluxe Salon Studios are 10m2 in size perfect for a single or double operators, built for all types of beauty and wellness professionals. Complete with premium furniture and medical grade finishes. All have independent room temperature control. Ample storage space with room to add retail displays. Personalise your studio to match your style.

Lease Options and Pricing

Flexible Leasing Options to Suit Your Business

At Austhetica Oasis, we understand that every beauty and wellness professional has unique needs. That’s why we offer flexible lease options to fit your business and lifestyle.

• Daily rates with no long-term commitment, perfect for those just starting or needing occasional use.

• Month-to-month options for added flexibility as your business grows.

• Weekly rates with 3, 6, or 12-month leases to secure your space and enjoy stability at competitive rates.

As a token of our appreciation and to support your business success, leases of 3, 6, and 12 months include a rent-free period of 1, 2, and 4 weeks, respectively.

All leases require a security bond* of $450 plus two weeks' rent paid in advance.

* Bond will be refunded upon end of lease provided the suite is in good clean condition.
